"I was first contacted by Brian their salesman, he was very upbeat an tried very hard to help our move from Ohio to Florida as stress free as possible. We had a very large and heavy amount to move. Not a lot of furniture but over 200 boxes and plastic totes/containers... Then to my surprise two guys pull up in a unmarked white box truck. I'm thinking no way are they getting all our belongings in this truck and no lift gate no ramp...But to my surprise these guys were very polite and very hard workers.
